(no subject)

The weather seems, at long last, to be changing. It's still hotter than it has any right to be in this so-called Temperate Zone, but at least the air is moving. I should bloody well think so, too. It's done nothing all weekend, save warm up. The air has not shifted an inch. It should be good an rested now, which is more than can be said for yours truly.

I am hoping that tonight I can get to sleep before daylight, and be reasonably cool well ahead of then.

I was going to have a rant as I haven't done so for absolute ages. But a combination of heat and a sudden up turn in my mood (not that it was particularly in need of an up turn)has disinclined me from doing so. Maybe, just for the hell of it, I will do so later. That depends largely on whether or not the forecast thunder storms turn up or not, and whether or not they clear the humidity if they do.

If I remember where I put my camera, later I shall post up a picture of my Pope on a rope, just to quell the last witterings of the evil minded. Right now I am going to collapse on my bed and listen to a little music ahead of the games session. That will be a bit ripe tonight, unless we can think of a way of cooling the living room.
