What’s this: Wednesday already?

Wow, time flies.

I wonder what work will bring me today; will it be soul-gnawing tedium, mind-numbing boredom, or eye-watering frustration? Who can say, the day is rich with possibility. If I am in the right place at the right time, and the work stream is in alignment with Capricorn I could get a mixture of any of the three. I can hardly wait.

I’m not saying that it’s getting colder, or that the new abode (name pending, before you ask –I’m looking at you, changeling72…) is noticeably chillier than either the Athenaeum Club or The Carpathia, but for the first time in my adult life, I have this morning bought a hot water bottle. And it’s hideous. I think the cover design was based upon a tube of Refreshers. Still, it will do nicely, mainly to prevent that heart-stopping moment when you get into bed, but before the covers have had time to leech any heat from your body.

Better crack on: I have a worksheet to populate with data. I think it is the product of a deranged mind. It claims to be the simplified version. I would like to see the complicated original.
