Lost paper!

I can’t find my leave sheet and I want to book next week off.
I can reconstruct the weeks off I’ve had recently, but the days tend to blur where I’ve had time off on the odd one day basis. More annoyingly, I know that I have some time saved up that I didn’t take last year and the record of that is said leave slip.
The bugger is filed away somewhere, tittering at my expense, I know it.
These things are important to civil servants.
