There is a divisional feast at a local Indian Restaurant at lunchtime.

I don’t know whether to go or not; I likes me a bit of Indian, but I have also strayed off the diet a bit this week and need to batten down the hatches if I am ever to shrink to jacket size. Plus we have defrosted chicken breasts in the fridge at home that need to be eaten tonight; we could turn them into a tasty jalfrezi (however it’s spelt) with rice and Bombay Taters and keep a close eye on the calories…

Ooh, I am torn and now me stomach is rumbling…

Boil chicken breasts? They go as tough as old boots. I guess you could simmer tham in chicken stock in an attempt to retain some flavour, but if you want a healthy option, get yourself a ribbed grill pan or a bamboo steamer instead. Boil indeed! (involuntary shudder).
