caddymanWe're not far now, I believe from the commencement of the new season of Doctor Who. Personally I expect it to start over the August Bank Holiday, but who knows? (Hah!)
What we do know is that the season will be split, with the second half being shown in 2013 - along, it is rumoured - with at least one special, maybe more, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who. We also know that sometime during the season, possibly around the time of the Christmas Special, Amy and Rory will leave the TARDIS. None of this is spoilery in itself, but the picture behind the cut probably is.
I know the BBC like to have their little surprises and Steven Moffat is fond of misdirection, but this might be just a little too much of a spoiler, I don't know. Anyway, it's behind the cut so you don't have to look if you don't want to.

Date: 2012-08-02 05:47 am (UTC)Karen has been noted as saying that she wants Amy to die so that she can't hang around all sad and pathetic and ghost-like in the way that Rose did - so that's definitely not a spoiler - but it will be interesting to see if Amy is indeed killed off.
Don't know about Rory though. I mean, he seems to have more lives than the Doctor!
