I just got my P60 for the financial year 2002-2003.

I officially now pay more in tax than my annual pay was for 1982-1983, the first year I had a full time job after graduating.

It's taken me exactly 20 years. I rather think it should have taken a much smaller period to achieve.

Hmmm.

Hum. The P60 was an under-performing Intel CPU that couldn't do hard sums accuratly, got hot and bothered if overworked and was soon totaly outclassed by newer, cheaper, smarter models.
