caddymanI post this now because I wish to record it; because I forgot on Sunday morning and if I don't write it down soon I shall forget completely. Some things deserve to be remembered, and the utterances of the semi-comatose Furtle fall into that category.
It seems that her half-conscious brain is more knowledgeable about some things than her waking brain, for she professes not to know what Taekwondo is. Or at least not precisely. This did not dissuade her from flatly announcing to anyone who might hear (me) that "I shan't do Taekwondo for anybody". When I responded that this was quite right too, she clarified, "...and certainly not in these sandals."
So there you have it.
We never did get to the bottom of the mystery of the green tea pot....
