If I'd had worry beads I think I might have worn them out over the course of an hour this morning.

As it is, the situation isn't as horrendous as it had initially seemed, merely dashed incovenient and annoying. This means that the worry beads (if I had any) can be put away for another day.

Is this regarding the job offer you mentioned? I would balk at the prospect of a job I'd hate, however gratifying it is to be considered for it. I've been there and done that, and it is not worth it.
