It's that time of year again, when the clocks go back an hour and we are astounded by the fact that it is dark by 5pm. In less than an hour and a half as I type, 02.00 will magically become 01.00 again.

However I forgot (as I always do) to take the time difference into account when setting my damned video recorder. So doubtless I shall return home to find that I've taped some utter claptrap.

I'm trying to mess with your data :-D -- though I did answer entirely truthfully.

The US extended summer time by a week (maybe 2, can't recall) in either direction this year. We haven't fallen back yet.

I did remember, but then I work with the team who define UK time, and have the contract for the 60Hz MSF signal, so it is sort of part of my job to know...
