caddymanI have to report that by the time I got home from work tonight, the mattress had succeeded in its bid for freedom.
It is no longer propped au galant against a neighbours dustbin. Nor is it anywhere else in the street.
It is free.
Expect a nationwide alert and mattress hunt.

I'm still hoping for choccies and a postcard from Switzerland in due course.
