Caption Competition

Post up a caption in the comments box and at some point I'll run a vote to see whose caption is the best. I shall e-mail the eventual winner with the Stalin Award (first class) with Oak-Leaf Cluster

smittumi that people could have as many goes as they want, I didn't expect certain people, notably messrs romney and barrettyman, to demonstrate precisely how much time they have on their hands when they should be working...
