Got up.

Drank a couple of cups of coffee.

Mucked about.

Did laundry.

Had lunch.

Watched telly.

Drank coffee.

Mucked about.

More coffee.

Found a yoghurt slightly younger than me in the fridge.

Listened to music.

Drank coffee.

Mucked about.

Wrote this.

Going to bed in a bit. Probably.

Nothing happened today.

...and therein lies the problem.

Despite making sure I was out of bed after a relatively short Sunday lie in (ie 10am), I was still awahe at 3.40 this morning.

I am now drinking more coffee to stay awake.

It's endless.

I think I shall put a matress on the ceilingf and sleep there tonight... :-(

Suggest mixing your usual brand with Douwe Egberts decaff. The taste is good enough to fool confirmed caffeinoholics! When I spent seven months being unemployed, I got rather addicted, and gradually upping the proportion of decaff helped me out of it.

That might not be a bad idea, ta.

Although I have to confess that the idea of decaff is right up there with alcohol-free lager in my book! ;-)
