caddymanI have just read the draft answer to a Parliamentary Question asked by some senile old idiot in the Upper House.
The question is meaningless on every level, and the answer is a waste of time.
Not for the first time, someone has compared oranges with apples and expressed the answer in terms of lemons. I'm speaking metaphorically here, something I shouldn't have to state, but I have a couple of exceedingly literal minded friends.
