While being careful not to promote extremists like the BNP, Lord Tebbit suggests that a vote for the other minor parties as a group would be a shot across the bows of the three big parties tainted by the MPs' expenses scandal, it is worth noting that the wily old anti-Europe campaigner effectively gave UKIP the thumbs up without mentioning them.
