The post-root-canal pain woke me at 1 am, having bitten-down on the thing in my sleep, and I spent the next 6 hours trying to stop it using Paracetamol-and-Codeine, Ibuprofen-and-Codeine and finally Brandy-and-Codeine.

I arrived at work two hours late, floating just below the ceiling and fairly drunk.

My boss considers this to be an improvement.

Nice flavor combo IMHO, but I find pockets of peanut butter always ends up jamming the straw in a milkshake format. I much prefer it just as ice cream with a spoon. MMMMMMM!
