An interesting look whereby from the waist up the Doctor could be from any date between 1920 and about 1965 (moving through country squire, student and jazz aficionado as time moves along). Waist down has more of the 1970s skin head - bovver boy - proto punk about it. Together, the ensemble suggests a late Victorian rambler or cyclist. Quite clever and in some ways a return to the classic Who Edwardian feel without quite being that obvious.
