caddymanIt appears that threatening to port a mobile phone number elsewhere causes an immediate rethink of policy.
O2 have written to me apologising for an error on their part - it seems that the 20% loyalty discount will continue to run for a further 12 months until November 30th 2004.
Well, I'm always willing to be bought off. With that discount there isn't another pricing system out there to touch it at my usage rate.
