Oh, my friends, Your Hero, for it is he¹, is bored.

He is Boredy McBored of the Bored People. He is so bored that he is writing about himself in the third person. So bored in fact, that he is convinced that time is running backwards.

Friday afternoons. Pah.

I have also decided that I get too much drivel email. I always knew that unsolicited spam apart (which I seem to be relatively free from, fingers crossed), that I get loads of stuff coming into my home inbox. I am on too many mailing lists, I rarely read any of it. Given my propensity to block delete, or block and mark as read and then move on, I hadn’t appreciated just how much of this stuff there is until it started turning up on my iPhone, where I still don’t read it, but from which I can only delete emails one at a time – except gmail, of course, I can still delete that by the swathe. I think I shall have to come off a few mailing lists, but I suspect that’s easier said than done. Ho-hum.

Still bored. Bored enough to pass the time by being Nørse børed. Troofax.

I've never tried being bored in forrin, most interesting. I wonder what my ideal not English bored self would be?I think I quite fancy Japanese; sort of small and politely, but perfectly formed bored./ponders.
