mmmm haggis... actually the can shown in the article (before my explorer froze hehe) we buy all the time. and actually having more haggis tonight at a Robbie Burns dinner, complete with scotch for those who want it or wine for those (like me) who haven't quite achieved the full scotch appreciation hehe.
I'm with you on that - except if I want haggis I get it fresh. But scotch, or indeed any whisky, whiskey or bourbon unless heavily laced with coke (which I am assured is fighting talk, if the subject is a good single malt), leaves me cold!
the haggis last night was homemade and super tasty. i actually got to have thirds! ;D
they had 5 types of scotch so got to sniff and sip the hubbys. still packs a punch for me lol. and shhhhh don't tell anyone, i will enjoy a good whiskey sour with a half assed scotch. never a quality one though. thats what whiskey or rye is for.
