OMG, that accent has driven me crazy (and not in a good way) for as long as I can remember. Lately, in the voiceover he does for the Level 3 Communications TV ad, he has hit an all new low... "Why do our cushtomersh exshpect sho musch from ush? Because their cushtomersh exshpect sho musch from them!"
