So, Joss Whedon's latest offering.
An interesting premise, the Dollhouse and an interesting opening episode. It does display Eliza Dushku's acting ability very well - presumably that is related to Dushku's dual role as star and producer. It's also nice to seeHelo Tahmoh Penikett in the genre but in a completely different role.

Probably a little early to say, after one episode, whether it's going to be any good, but it's certainly worth staying with it for a couple of episodes, I guess. Let's hope that the descriptions in the trade press that refer to the 'troubled' Dollhouse don't mean that it's cancelled before anyone can decide upon its quality or otherwise. It would be nice to have a new series with more than 12 or 13 episodes.
