Insomnia again

This is all suitably miserable: it's 5:15am and I have had not one jot of sleep all night.

This despite taking a couple of Natrasleep tablets. Let's hope the manufacturer at least is sleeping soundly. I wish I had something worrying my mind, then at least I could blame it on that, but I don't. My head is suitably empty bar the occasional tumbleweed.

I'm not sure why that works for me. I have the volume on low of course. And I do turn it off before I actually fall asleep.
