... get the feeling that maybe you had upset, crossed, miffed or derailed someone, but didn't know how, when, or why and have no idea if it's even true or not and if so, what to do about it?

Because I've had that feeling for a couple of weeks, now.

It's very odd, and may well simply be me suffering from modified paranoia brought on by my increasingly House-like dependence on painkillers.

I must bite the bullet and go to the dentist. Except that when you need to go to the dentist, biting the bullet is unwise.

And painful.

*Considers taking another tablet*

Well at least it's not the whole world, mind you if it was then you could put it down to paranoia.
