Postal strikes

caddymanThe recent series of postal strikes has completely thrown my personal complaints and worry system into disarray.
I have been waiting for a book order from Lulu.com for a while now and also a CD from Play.com. With a couple of postal strikes sat squarely across the period these items have been in transit, I have lost all sense of whether they are late or not. I do not know whether or not I should be grumbling or whether I should remain patient. Probably the latter for now, but I have absolutely no feel for when I should start grumbling, or indeed, who to.
